Doesn’t charge

I just opened the box, plugged in the charger and there’s nothing.... no light, no charge and zero signs of this thing working. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting and nothing has worked. Very disappointing seeing as it was a gift and I have no receipt. Make better products!

Still going strong

So I have 2 of these, one upstairs and one downstairs. I’ve had them both since 2017 and they still work fantastic!! My kids constantly use
them to keep up their messes. They are very
handy, strong suction and I love that they are still working after 5 years!

Charger/battery dead. Weak suction.

I have had this vacuum for a couple of years but haven’t used it frequently enough for it to break now. It is not charging anymore and fully useless. Before this happened, the suction has gotten weaker for a few months and the motor got louder and and it wasn’t fixed when I cleaned the filter. I had higher expectations from this brand and the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible Battery life...

When I first got this, I charged the vacuum full after I took out of the box. then when I started to use, the vaccuum battery would last only 3-5 min before I needed to recharge. And today is the 1 year mark, and the battery will only hold for 30 seconds. Very poor design and power consumption. Sad too since my B&D electric drill works great.

The product description should tell customers that the battery life does not last long and not able to be replaced. I only use it once a month, after 2.5 years, it does not charge any more. Waste of money.

Kind of cheaply made the way the hatch opens to empty the dust put. Careful not to sneeze with the hatch open because you will break the hatch. The filter changed easy enough but not the pre filter. It looks like a special a tool needed to get the prefilter out.
The first unit it was used a lot but the motor came loose. Cheap,
cheaply made. Bet it won’t last as long as the bd Dustbuster.
