Works great and really good suction right up to the point of battery exhaustion. Runs long enough for a cordless. Get a corded for the large jobs!
2 things I didn't like:
1.Wide appearing suction paddle only has a suction channel as wide as that grey extension: this is no whale shark of vacuum. When not extended and the handy brush isn't deployed, the paddle tends to stick to hard surfaces and wont suck. Not a big issue.
2. Crud gets stuck behind the non return valve inside the main cannister and has to be fished out. I am sure this degrades performance during operation.

Pretty good vacuum power for such a small machine keep it in the car most of the time because we feed homeless cats used it to pick up dry cat food that falls on the floor plus all interior also great with little messes around the house like the dirt and dry leaves around the plants and kitty litter on the floor when are cats kick it out of the litter box. Good battery life Hadn't died on me while using it put it on the charger about every 2 and a half weeks owners manual said about 15 minutes running time more than enough what we use it for. So far been a great Little hand vacuum cleaner Make cleaning easier and faster Glad I bought it

This blows away (really does the opposite) all the competition...
Super strong suction... picks up everything... easy to clean... (getting washable filter, though).
Just found out that they make an extension handle for it... will make it invincible... :)

No replacement battery avalable

It works as long as the battery does then you have to toss it because they have not designed the battery to be replaced. Imagine if you couldn’t buy a new battery for your laptop. You wouldn’t buy that computer. I hate items designed to be thrown away.

Bad battery

After a Year of Use battery online last 1 minute. And no possiibility to buy a replacement battery

Started okay; however after I extended crevice tool it will not retract. So, I'm stuck with a one dimensional vac.
