Plastic pins hinged door breaks easy

Nice Vac, if it constantly works

it is fully charged, works for only 15 seconds and then nothing, it turns off. I turn it on again and the same thing happens time and time again?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor battery life

The battery has never lasted long and now it will only last for about 1 minute if that. We've only had it for a few years.

Almost a year and it doesn’t sound good

I’ve had this unit for not quite a year and, while its performance is good, the motor sounds like it’s about to go. There’s a strong smell as if it were shorting out or a wire is burning. The unit runs but there’s an intermitent sound as if it were straining. I expected better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery won’t stay charged.

I enjoyed the pivot while it worked. I’ve owned it for 2 months and the battery no longer holds a charge. It’ll run for 30 seconds or so and turns off. If I could replace the battery o would rate the vacuum higher. It’ll run is a bit loud but it got the small jobs around the house done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When attempting to mount the charging base to the wall, I found that the lower clearance hole intended for screw insertion does not align with the actual mounting hole, which prevented proper attachment.
