I just bought a second one. I feel very fortunate to have gotten three years from the batteries, judging from reviews. I just hope this one lasts that long. Otherwise, I love it!

With relatively light use, the machine starting making a sound like an airplane taking off.
It still sucks (in the good way), but something is not quite right.

Amazing powerful hand vac

I don’t understand why people think a small hand vac should last upwards of 8 minutes! It’s not meant for whole room cleaning-powerful and compact vac does great job with small messes and touch ups. if you need to hand vac for 10 minutes you probably need to pull out the full size vac!
