This isn’t my third one for me. I’ve also bought this for relatives as well. Powerful and long lasting. I vacuum the house, the car, my garage, and every other little thing. So convenient. Filter and catch bin are easy to clean.

This is my second Black+Decker lithium Pivot vac. It is very powerful and has great pick up power. Although it is noisy, it still is worth purchasing.

This is the BEST and most POWERFUL vacuum I have ever owned. It's super compact and fits easily into any space you wish to store it in when not in use. The way it folds is awesome and the extension at the tip is great for reaching those hard to get to places where the crumbs always seem to end up, down the side of the car seats. I could not be more pleased with my 20 volt lithium pivoting vac.

Love the features so much that this is my second one. However, this one smells like the motor is burning when I use it. I went online to get it serviced and when I took it to the place it told me was a service center, the lady looked at me like I was crazy and said “we don’t service those here”. What a waste of my time! Not sure what next step is but I don’t have time to go out of my way to have something serviced that should still be working as it did when I bought it. Very annoying

Great design and suction - motor died

Love the vacuum. Great design and construction. Easy to clean. I have had it for one year and four months and this morning the motor made a grinding sound and started to make a burning smell. I’m glad that it has a two year warranty, but it should have last longer. I clean it out regularly, so this was not user caused.

Worked fine for almost 2 years. Good suction power, decent battery life, pretty robust, easy to clean. However, one day, during normal use, it started making unusual noise and a few seconds later it generated a burning odor. Probably the motor is dead...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
