I had this phone for two months now. It was easy to get use to. The screen for texting is great with the large letters. I love the features and how easy it is to receive and send calls. It
takes great pictures. I would recommend this phone to everyone.

I like the large screen on this phone and the widgets are helpful. I have only one problem, and that is when I go to pick up the phone at times, I end up ending the call instead of answering it. Not sure yet why this happens even with the lock on. Other than that it functions nicely as a phone and the other functions are fine. I do not use the internet over the phone so I cannot comment on these features.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: rt side button awkward placing

I was looking at buying the Samsung Mythis but i couldnt afford it, now i have the samsung solstice and it works very well and i cant get rid of it for another phone do to its durability.It holds its own value like no tommarrow! It works and functions like mew, some scratches but never habe a problem. I regret gettiing the worrenty, i have no need for it its that swell!!

It was easy to use the day I purchased it. I love the back of it because it doesn't slip out of your hand like other cell phones. It has a bit of a grip which is nice. Having a bit of trouble changing sounds but that is me not the phone. Picture quality is wonderful sound quality is good. Swapping phone calls is great too. Having trouble getting the battery out. Just haven't learned the trick yet. Over all a wonderful phone. I am 64 and have has several phones. This is by far the BEST.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy to use
Cons: hard to get battery out

I was really sceptical at first (always had slider phones) but purchased the solstice anyway ! I am so glad I did , I have enjoyed this phone so much I talked my parents into getting one .

When I got the Solstice I was pretty happy with the touch screen interface and it has overall served me very well for what I use it for. However the call volume leaves a little to be desired. I often drive a truck for the company I work for and didn't realize until then how quiet the speaker really is on this thing. No matter what settings I tried to adjust on this phone I just couldn't get it loud enough to hear when I'm driving. The touch sceen is great for quickly navigating the TouchWiz interface. Texting is pretty good overall but I'd love to see the Swype feature used on the higher end phones. Super easy to pocket and a great no-fuss phone with lots of neat features. The battery life is phenominal! I can go for two or three days of normal use without having to recharge. Overall, a really good phone.
Pros: easy to use, battery life
Cons: call volume, touch screen qwerty keyboard occasionally "sticks"
