Big Mistake

Upgraded through my cell carrier. Like the screen and features, but the screen is so sensitive it dials or hangs up as I am talking. I take the phone out of the case, and it hangs up on the call because of the placement of the buttons. I have to answer the phone and immediately lock the keyboard. The unit also resets itself whenever it feels like it. Put it on to charge overnight and sometimes it shows it is charging, but in the morning it is dead as a doornail. It took a while for everything to get me truly annoyed, and by then the carrier will not let me trade it in.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had phone for 3 years

okay, i have had this phone for three years now, and i still use it daily. It has stood up to my clumsiness of dropping it who knows how man times by now ( average 1/day over 3 years).
there have been a few times where the phone has rebooted itself, but it is rare, and has only started happening these last 3 months. the battery length hasent diminished, and I use this phone heavily.
I check my email on it, use the IM, facebook, and web features constantly. There are times where I have read online novels on my phone, and read them for several hours with out the battery dying.

I love this phone, and would be willing to get another one.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, good battery life
Cons: sensitive keys on onscreen keyboard

This samsung focus is a good phone but it always locks up! There should also be a search function in the apps area so you don't have to keep scrolling

Good phone but get very slow in time and freeze sometime other than that is a pretty good phone

Good value non smartphone

Purchased this phone to use instead of a smartphone because of security issues with them at that time. This phone has been dropped numerous times with no issues. Accessed the internet, view videos, take pics with no issues. This phone has been a stable standby for years.
