I will not recommand this phone

The function is easy to access.
I buy this phone because it has Navigator. But it is not
working at all!! If you are looking for a phone with navigator,
don't buy this one.
The software is not include in the CD. I have to download
from Samsung's website. I still not sure whether I can transfer my music or not.
All the functions they should be fully worked before they
advetise it!!!

Fantastic - My Wife Loves It!

We recently upgraded our phones & service plan. We got my wife this phone. Excellent features and qualities, and a great value. Our customer service rep. did an excellent job in explaining & demo. the phone. My wife seems to be completely "at home" with the great features and is still discovering more features as time goes on. Happy to write this review!

Love the phone. Have owned for several months and have had no unsolvable issues to this point. Touch screen is occasionaly too sensitive and selects items I do not want as I am scrolling.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got the phone just yesterday. I am kinna disappointed that the phone doesn't have an option to exit out of the Media Player... You repent for opening the Media Player...

Many features, each with extremely limited functionality and no integration. Calendar displays daily appointments in order they were entered; not in order they will occur. TASKS have no calendar for scheduling, so you have to know the actual date you want to schedule the task. No copy/paste functionality and no integration between features, so you have to find info (i.e., email address) in one application, remember it, navigate to another feature, and type it in (i.e., to send an email). No snooze option on Calendar or Task reminders. Will not synch up to Outlook Calendar. Slow response on touch screen. A huge step backwards in development.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, no copy/paste, no "snooze" feature on tasks/calendar, no integration between apps, limited functionality

This product has far too many "features" and a very poor touch screen and navigation system. Takes way too long to accomplish simple communication tasks because of the poorly designed and performing "features".
Keep looking...
