I really hate this phone!

Sorry to say - I really hate this phone! It looked so cool in the store, but I've come real close to throwing it out the window. Probably the worst feature is the speaker phone. If your cheek just brushes against the touchscreen, the speaker phone turns on - but it doesn't turn off that easily. Really a pain! Also, navigating all of it's features is not very intuitive; it has a user's manual that's over 100 pages! Come on - it's just a phone! I just find it to be a very annoying piece of electronics.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, not user friendly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the touch screen - I am older with RA and not having to press hard or try for little buttons is a plus at my age :-)
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone lasted through everything I threw at it. As for not being classified as a smart phone, I think it is. It is the best phone I have owned so far.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, battery life
Cons: speaker was tinny during mp3 playback
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs a better, stronger, longer lasting battery.
Needs a secondary keyboard. I always seem to
make too many mistakes on the virtual keyboard.
If you don't hit the symbol square right on, the symbol
next to it comes up.
Other than that, it's OK!

The short time I have owned this phone I have been very impressed. Functionality is done with ease. Very good product...thank you Samsung.

This phone has no memory even with a 4G memory card, probably due to the fact that there is too many preloaded ringtones and pictures. I was sent this phone as a replacement for my Eternity which I loved. This phone however does not come close. I can't open SMS messages without deleting a ringtone or picture. I can't reply to one unless I delete it first. If all you want to do is make calls and check the weather this may be the phone for you as long as you're happy with the preloaded ringtones.

I have had prolem after problem with this phone. Once my AT&T warranty period was up, I have had problems again, and now I have to send my phone off to Texas for repair. You would think Samsung would have a better plan for cell phones, especially considering how integrated they are in life now. Nope, have to send it to Texas, I am not buying another Samsung product period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
