Have been using for two months and so far so good. Copies, Scans and works well with my network. Still waiting for something to go wrong. Ink was easy to install and complementary cartridges are still printing after about 200 prints. Not looking forward to replacing ink but that is where these manufactures make their money, ink will eventually cost more than the printer itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought for my Granddaughter in college, she uses it regularly. Have had no problems, prints are excellent quality and fast. I haven't had to change toners yet, but should be simple. I am very happy with the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall I very much like this printer having used mostly HP's in the past.
I have a couple things to deal with, 3 pink dots on print outs and the paper is
curled up when printed which makes is difficult to print on back side at a later
date. Maybe there is a correction for these problems

Love the printer except for one item. The printer will not print though windows any pictures. Picture only, no text. Windows 7. Using different programs, the printer works with excellent results.
