Easy to Use and Feature-Rich

This is a very nice laser printer with an extensive feature set and a clean, compact physical profile. Overall build quality is excellent. Setup was very easy and performance is quite good. The character print is clear and crisp, but I would prefer that the black print was a bit darker, though I have not yet tinkered with settings. Graphics quality is wthin expected range for a laser printer. This model does not seem to get much publicity from retailers, but I believe it is a great value for the money. Time will tell, if it holds up well.

Great machine but paper dsicharge is awkward

This is a fine machine. I needed a color laser as well as a scanner and as far as I know this is one of the few available. I have it defaulted to B&W to conserve color. The only complaint I have is the paper discharge is not per the advertisement photos. It is quite difficult to retrieve paper from the output area - it is sort of buried underneath the top of the machine. They need to improve this in future designs.

Great Printer, however

I had hoped that the printer would handle card stock from the main paper tray, however, I now know that it will not do so and card stock must be fed into the manual slot. This was a disappointment to me. I also do not like the output slot as it is not convenient to remove the printed output. Other than that, it was very easy to setup wirelessly. It is a little slow for single pages. Multiple copies zip right out.

So far this printer is working very well for our intended purposed. Easy to setup and print quality is good. For those who want to know if this printer can handle card stock, the answer is yes. Although, I only printed using card stock (110 #s) once but had no problem with the paper passing through using manual feed. Not sure if it will handle multiple passes. For occasional DIY greeting cards, this printer should be able to handle it.

This printer was easy to set up and the included software installed without any issues. The print quality is clean and crisp and the scanner/copier produces good quality images/copies. There is only a wireless network connection available with no ethernet adapter included.

Bought this printer for pictures of birds and some scenery. Has great color quality and easy to use. Setup took some time but no real problems. Wanted to set up wirelessly but had to set up with wired version and switch later but worked ok.

Excellent machine

This machine is an excellent choice for a small office. It performs as advertised. Color is excellent, although I have not tried printing any photographs - just colors on reports. The only thing I don't care for is that the paper curls, sometimes substantially, after printing. I have only used multi-purpose copy and multi-purpose digital papers. I have not tried laser only paper. It may do better than the multi-purpose paper. The printer options do have an option to reduce curl, which I have been using. Not sure how this option works, but I did not see any difference with it on or off.

Doesn't let me down

I have this unit setup on my home network. Since I don't print a lot or even very often, the printer idles in wait state sometimes for days. However, when I need to print it comes alive and does a great job. To date I have not had any issue with it.
