I bought an MX340 and was so happy with performance that I decide to get a new one MX432.
Again, great performance, price and quality of printing.

my first wireless printer

I made this purchase to replace my old printer that wasn't compatible with my son's mac. I love the wireless capabilities. I print from my PC, my Andoid, & my ipad. Easy set up, I have owned it for 6+months. I did have a few paper jams, I think it was the recycled paper causing the issue. Overall satisfied for price.
Pros: Easy Setup, fast print speed, easy to use

My printer quit on me and they exchanged it immediately - no postage fees - I was impressed! and then I accidentally removed all of their software (don't ask!) and it was so easy to get it all back - i HIGHLY recommend these folks..

piece of junk only the printer works...bought it in dec the fax doesnt work or the scanner or the wireless JUNK...TRIED TO GET SUPPORT FROM THE INTERNET NO HELP OUT THERE
Cons: Difficult to use, Difficult Setup, unreliable

I am very disappointed with this printer. I have owned this printer for about six months now and it has not become any more user friendly to me within that time. I have constantly struggled to get my printer to do what I need it to and if I could, I would return it.
Cons: Difficult to use, Difficult Setup, uses a lot of ink
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
