Worthless

I'm not sure these things are even tested. Worked for a short period of time, now it just eats paper or prints random works of art out of intended content..... will be the first printer I destroy with a sledge hammer. Garbage, canon is no longer an option.

Terrible wireless printing, hit and miss duplex

I got this machine to replace a wonderful i80 Canon portable printer. How disappointing. I have had it for a couple of years. The print quality fails horribly in comparison. I am using a Windows 10 machine with wireless. Trying to print duplex is hit and miss. Often, when I click on the continue button after turning the pages, the machine re-prints the first pages it originally printed then continues on to print the last of the pages. Then I have to print it again, and it works fine. The idea is to save paper, but I am wasting ink and paper. It takes more than two minutes for the printer to be found even if I just printed a page, it will tell me my printer is not found. Then, a few minutes later, it will start printing, after I forgot about it. This is not a wifi issue. I have a great and speedy signal with little traffic.Overall, a horribly disappointing experience.

This product does not deliver a quality product. The lines of the document are not even, squibbly lines. Access to remove paper jam is the "pitts". Once paper jam is removed the product doesn't feed paper properly and the print is not clear.

Avoid this printer

Do not buy this printer. Printing is easily misaligned. You will spend hours trying to fix this but you end up throwing the printer away. Ink is expensive.

Very disappointing. Takes forever to print and frequently gets frozen. Have wanted to throw this from a building since I bought it.

Have had this printer for several years now and from the get-go it was a piece of junk. Continuously jams and gets ink all over the copies. Don't waste your $$. Am finally getting an inexpensive Epson WF which my brother swears by.

once i finally got the software set up, it has been pretty smooth printing. like others have said it is not a plug n play printer. i had forgotten about print spooling n needed a techy friend to help me with a couple directions. worked well for printing small photos for business documents
Pros: reliable
Cons: setup isnt that easy
