Disappointed

This is a really nice looking oven but when it comes to baking cookies or cakes, it is a real disappointment. Temperature is inconsistant even with adjustment. Does not recover temperature quickly. Preheat feature beeps at least 50 degrees off mark.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the look and convenience! I am a baker so having 2 ovens works great for me. Also great for big family get-togethers because there is always room in an oven for all the food.

My only complaint is everything takes longer to cook than expected. Recipes that I had used for years that take 1 hour now take longer. After just reading some of the reviews about the Preheat function not actually preheating to the set temperature, I realize this might be the problem. It is very annoying and after spending this amount of money I expect things should work correctly.
Love the double oven feature and the cooktop, but it can be hard to clean.

I love my new stove

Stove looks great. I love the double oven feature. I have kids so the chicken nugget automatic setting and the pizza setting are great. I have had a glass cook top before and it is easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the double ovens. We entertained for Thanksgiving with a house full of guest. I started the Turkey and Ham in the same oven on convection and baked them at a lower temp for several hours. The turkey and the ham fell of the bone. They were the best I have ever had. Now for the second oven with three racks in I made sweet potato's, dressing, and green bean casserole along with heating up rolls. I could never do this without having the double ovens. Oh by the way I had made pies the day before without a hitch, they came out better than expected ( I"m not a baker).
Now I used the top also while cooking everything in the ovens, I love the fact that it has the warming center ring, I used that for my cheese sauce, which worked out beautifully. I could never cook like this without a beautiful well designed, very functional double oven stove.
My hats off to you Frigidaire for a wonderful product. This cooking product is simple to use, well organized, and very easy to clean. The best oven I have ever owned. At first I thought the price was a little up there but I said I would give it a shot and try it. I'm not at all disappointed in my dissension and purchasing the oven. I would highly recommend this oven to family and friends, and i have. If you like cooking you'll love this oven.

we bought this to replace a 15 year old glass top stove that looked pretty rough.... This new stove looks good but the black glass top on it looked terrible within a week. Nothing would clean it to look good again... then the burner stopped working. I contacted Frigidaire and they replaced the top under warranty.
They were great about dealing with that ... no issues.
My wife bought stove top protector stuff and used it on the new glass cook top but it started to look bad within a few weeks.
Big flaw with this range is the glass cook top. looks worse than our 15 year old stove and it is less than a year old.
I would not buy this stove again.

Great but ...

Stove is great but quick preheat seems to be off. Temps don't get to the correct temperature before oven signals it's ready. Have stopped using quick feature altogether. Love the ability to book multiple items at the same time.

double oven range

I am very pleased with my double oven range. It is exactly what I expected. When it was first installed there was an issue with the computer but it was replaced and the service rep on the phone was very kind and helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!
