I was thrilled to find a free-standing double oven. I can't believe how quickly everything cooks.

It's alittle early to tell alot: we recieved this double oven a few days before xmas, just in time for some baking and serious cooking. We are new to convection cooking so took some getting use to for baking! That being said we have had wonderful results so far. Xmas menu consisted of Convection roasted 10 1/2 lb bone in shank end ham that turned out perfectly browned and fall off bone tender! Love the concection oven! Sweet potatoe casserole, green bean casserole, rolls mashed potatoes, desert white chocolate macadamia cake with raspberries, white chocolate buttercream frosting so you can see we used all components of this wonderful oven range combo, including the keep warm burner.
The ovens are really big for double unit, controls are easily set and understandable due to excellent owners manual. Also the convection fans are really quiet. The range top is layed out nice plenty of room for all burners to be used including warmer.
Now the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is simlpy we haven't used long enough to say it is trouble free.
So far we would defenitly recommend this product to anyone looking to venture into convection cooking.

The Gallery stainless steel model is a dream to use. The stove top cleans easily and the sensitivity of the "eyes" is amazing. Having the double ovens is a dream come true for those who enjoy baking without the hassle of figuring times for multiple items at different temps! The only thing I miss from my previous stove is the Dough rise temp.

Don't bother using quick pre-heat!

I am extremely frustrated with the quick preheat function on the ovens. I've had our appliance repair team out here once to replace the modules after about two weeks and the quick preheat feature on both ovens is not working as expected. Setting quick preheat to 350 degrees, once the oven "says" it's at 350, it's really not -- it's only up to 150 to 175 degrees. Ruined a pie crust, and burned some dinner rolls that should have taken 15 minutes to bake.
Repairman is coming again today to check the oven controls and temps, but based on what the salesman told me the quick preheat is working as it should, but "not as I expected."
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this range

We finally replaced a 45+ year Frigidaire oven and too about two months to find what we liked. Our church has a huge fundraiser in November I was able to cook 4 turkeys at one time and they roasted and browned wonderful. At Christmas time I baked and baked and baked. This is just aN AMAZING APPLIANCE.

Double Oven Issues

I really like my double oven as i can bake more cookies and more than one thing at a time, BUT one of the things I DO NOT LIKE is the corners on the outside of the doors - They are sharp and I keep scratching and poking myself when I am cooking. They need to be rounded off......
The flat cooktop is ok, hard to keep clean and streakfree, but I prefer the burners. We had to get electric, so we had to go with the flat top. It would be nice if you didnt have to use the cooktop cleaner all the time to keep it clean, but I do my best.....

Love the double oven, love the convection feature; not so happy with the glass top on the electric range - hard to keep clean. Overall it heats evenly for all my baking, easy to use.

I wanted this oven from the minute I seen it advertised. My son bought it for me and I truly love it. He wanted pumpkin pie, could bake 8 pies at one time. Love it. The plate warmer/ keep warm is great. I always wanted a resturant and this stove/oven is like one. I am cooking and baking as often as possible. Holidays are super easy to plan, how I am making everything, it all fits. Would recommend this to any serious cooker/baker. Nearly forgot, like that the elements are hiden, super easy to keep clean.
