Great refrigerator, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator because our old Amana lasted 25 years and figured this one would hopefully last as long. The only problem is the refrig door seal. I've tried everything I can think of and I have to have the company I bought it at come and fix the seal so that it stays in when the door is open. The seal stays in place just fine when closed and keeps food cold like it should, but when you open the door, the seal starts to separate at the top corner by the handle. It will not shut tight if you don't reseat the seal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amans fridge is good for the price ! I'd give it 4 STAR except for one problem that I never thought of asking before purchasing ! NO FREEZER LIGHT !!! I can't believe any company would build a refrigerator without a freezer light ! Not worth returning over that ! I bought a motion sensor light and set it up inside the freezer so it works fairly well!
