Some Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Amana refrigerator I had installed on April 14th is noisier than my old refrigerator. Also, it seems like I need to use the coldest setting instead of the recommended setting to achieve the best cold temperatures in the freezer and the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish it were a tad quieter. apparently new refrigerators won't last the 29 years my old one did. The feature of temp setting being digitized and now I'm able to throw lots of groceries in and switch the cooling and well whatever it is - don't care much for that. Just let me turn the dial or slider and be done with it. Low tech - worked for the last 29 years.
I like the glass shelves and it's bright and roomy inside. Like the door pockets. like the door handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge came with my new house. It was brand new, but it is super loud. The buzzy noise is making me crazy. It hums about 50% of the time. It is very basic. I don't like the shelf arrangement. There aren't many places for tall containers like milk and orange juice, and the shelves are less adjustable than on other fridges. There is no meat and cheese drawer. I would not have chosen this fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a few weeks ago and wish we has shopped around a bit more. It does not freeze well at the recommended setting. It is noisier than my previous Amana model and did not come with a coldcut drawer (I thought it did) I feel this is a inferior product and am stuck with it now. I fear this will not be a long lasting appliance.

Poor feshures

Then my temper control went out freezing all my food including water in glass bottles & salad. Now I still have to wait for someone to make a decision to decide when I can get another refrigerator

Good but......

I bought this refrigerator online and had it delivered out to our cabin. Kind of disappointed, I have never owned a fridge in years that did not have a cold cut drawer. How is this even missed in development? It’s a simple little drawer under the top shelf that can hold cold cuts or items that you don’t want laying on the shelves or in the door that can fall out. It doesn’t make any sense and very disappointed. The fridge itself is nice but how the heck do you leave this out? Fridges for less money have this. I don’t quite understand and hopefully when this review is read somebody can tell me if there’s an addition I can get to make this fridge a four or five star that It probably really should be
