Not user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So loud; wakes me up at night. Kitchen is three rooms away. Door slots not user friendly. No light in freezer. No ice bucket for freezer. Shelf alignment does not accommodate tall items. No meat drawer. Bought this without seeing it due to pandemic. Bought it because it is made by Whirlpool as was my previous frig. which I had for 30+ years. This one always seems to be running. I hate it. Poor quality; seems cheap. Outside always very cold. Delivery person told me this frig. would not last 30 years. I’m sure he’s right. I din’t Think it will last for five.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Quality I Expected

30 inch wide top freezer 18 cu ft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and have been very happy with the purchase. They engineered this to have a ton of door space. Way better than the old kenmore we had. It also does not have coils against the back so you can sit it flush to the wall, that was nice as we have a smaller kitchen anyway.
