At first, I received this freezer and it was not working. All the lights worked, it made all the right noises, just was not freezing. Got it replaced with the same one - and now - its GREAT! Quiet, cools well, economical - just the right freezer for me and my family. I understand that anyone can have bugs - thats why I gave Amana another chance and I an glad I did. Perfect freezer for a great price. I'd recommend it overall.

We are so pleased with our purchase of this little chest-type freezer! Little isn't a good word to describe it though, as it has a lot of room in it for it's size! When we set it up, it didn't take long to get it down to (and hold) the correct temperature. I might add that it runs very quietly too. If you're looking for a small freezer - this is the one to buy!
