Large capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge has alit of room inside. The temperature control is tricky. If you put it towards the coldest, the freezer is fine but the fridge freezes up your eggs! If you turn it down then the food don't feel as cold. You have to keep adjusting the temperature control. I have had it for two weeks and I am closer to a set temperature that keeps the fridge side just cold enough. Just a note, the first 4 days the fridge was making grumbling and screeching noises. It stopped after that but a technician said that its part of its operation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect Refrigerator! A+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was between a cheaper ($50 cheaper) fridge and this one. The worker at the appliance store had pointed out some obvious quality features between the GE GTH18GBDWW refrigerator and the "other" fridge. The drawers on the "other" fridge did not come out easily, the shelving was a very flimsy metal, the freezer had no shelving whatsoever. The GE had a well lit interior with clear well-operating drawers, plenty of door storage and easy-to-maneuver, well-made shelves made of a much more durable material.
In the end, I was convinced that spending the extra $50 would be well worth it in the end.
I'm the type of person who often has buyers remorse when spending large amounts of money. This is one of those few times where I was 100% confident that I had made the right decision.
I LOVE this refrigerator! It's absolutely perfect! Thank you to the sales person for talking me out of wasting my money on the poorly built appliance sitting next to this spectacular one! :)
In the end, I was convinced that spending the extra $50 would be well worth it in the end.

Kitchen Perfect, Very quiet, seems large for 18 cu

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had just finished updating our kitchen and were looking for a refrigerator to fit into the space built just for a refrigerator. The GE's dimensions were perfect and it had the features we wanted. It looks great and is performing beyond our expectations! The price is comparable to others, but the quality exceeds what would be expected for a refrigerator in the price range. A best buy for the money!!!
