[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with the appearance of this refrigerator, which I purchased to replace an old one of a different brand that had begun running non-stop. It's a bit noisy when it runs, but is efficient, and I like the layout of the shelves, which make it easy to see the contents. My one complaint is that the crispers are a bit small and screech when I pull out the drawers, which move jerkily. I really like the one big shelf in the door, which will hold gallon containers. It makes the frig, which is considerably smaller than my old one, seem roomier.

A NICE SIMPLE REFRIGERATOR

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a side by side before this and we were looking for the same kind. My brother recommended GE because he has had his for more than 10 years and said he has never had to adjust the temperature. So we bought this one with the high hopes that ours will last just as long. This is a nice plain refrigerator and can hold a decent amount of food and drinks in it. So far we are very happy with it.

A little noisy but keeps things cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't ever had a new refrigerator I was a little freaked out when I started hearing whrrring and water running noises when sitting alone in our open concept living area. Read the FAQ's and seems I just need to get used to them. Other than that, it works well, glad to have the snack drawer, and just need to get another smallshelf to put in the freezer for better organization.

Great Budget Fridge

You have to expect that you're not going to get the quietest or sexiest refrigerator but for what I need it's very functional. My last GE refrigerator lasted for 14 years so I decided to get another one and I'm hoping this one lasts just as long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this refrigerator for 1 month. My old (other brand) refrigerator broke during a very hot June in Florida. This refrigerator has delivered. I set the temperature according to factory recommendations and it keeps all drinks cold, fruits and vegetables fresh. I can even keep milk past the due date now, and it's still unspoiled. It's easy to clean also. I love it!
