Nice use of room inside the unit. It seems to be too noisy when I believe it is going through its defrost stage. Makes a grinding/moaning noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A brand new GE refrigerator is complementing our brand new GE electric range so beautifully in our kitchen. The refrigerator is a pleasure to behold visually, interior space is more than adequate and it will lessen our energy costs. Great job GE team!

We bought this to replace a brand new Frigidaire that didn't work from the start, and I'm very disappointed. This refrigerator is so noisy. We're told it's normal, but I've never had one that has made this much noise. Would not recommend.

I bought this frig several months ago and wanted a different brand. Even though the price was high the frig is operating great. No loud motor and is roomy inside.
