my GE fridge is pretty OK

It makes much more noise during cycling than I expected, or ever experienced, with other models. But your brochure/manual DID warn about more noise.

intermittently noisy but not often enough to have the repairman here when it does it. Door handle is now broken and crazy glue won't fix it.

This product was part of a utility company energy efficient program for consumers. Even though I did not have a say in the choice, I couldn't be happier with their selection.

hate my frig

I bought the frig so I could give my old one to my son. He got the better deal. I have hated this frig from the start. It is so noisy!!! A repairman quieted it somewhat, but it still makes a lot of noise. The vegetable bins are so short that a stalk of celery doesn't fit. If I could afford it I would buy a different one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
