Popping freezer door

This refrigerator has many good features, but I'm disappointed by 2 things. First, the freezer door pops open when the refrigerator door is closed. As a result, there is rapid formation of ice on the freezer edges. Secondly, there is nothing in the written material provided with the refrigerator that discusses defrosting procedures.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this refrigerator as a replacement and have been very pleased with the quality and value. It was all that we expected for a GE appliance. It's has lots of room for the size and the adjustable shelves are adequate for our needs.

We bought this refrigerator to keep in our garage and store all of our water, cokes etc. Also to store excess meat ect in the freezer.
