We bought this about six weeks ago, when our old one died. We are very please with it. We do not like the shelves in this one near as much as our old 1998 one had. These shelves seem cheaply made and awkard. The unit is quiet and much cooler than the old one.

We have used the ice/water dispenser beyond our estimates. The crushed ice feature is a nice feature. I hope it holds up to our use.

I purchased my refrigerator a few months ago to be installed in my brand new home! I absolutely love it along with all it's features, especially the color "black"!! The operation is so smoot & quite...Love it!!!

THIS HAS BEEN AN EXCELLENT REFRIGERATOR. ALL THE EXTRAS ARE VERY NICE. WOULD BE A BIT BETTER IF THE WATER FILTER COULD BE RECYCLED.

GE side by side with ice and water

I don't use the three drawers. I would rather have one drawer and 2 more shelves. For the first month the refrigerator made this noise like to much current was going threw it. It was scary. The repair man came out and said that the noise should stop soon. It only does this a couple times a day now. The crushed ice take forever to come out. We replaced the light bulbs with LED light bulbs, we like the brighter light better. I am not happy with the door not closing when I swing it shut. The repair man told he it is to save toddlers getting in the door way. The alarm is always going off to remind me the door is open. I have no toddlers at home. I like the shinny white finish. This was the best 26 cu feet side by side we say. Best quality. We had a GE side by side with ice maker and water before this, it was 15 years old and still going when we got the new one.
