This refrigerator is well organized, with logical space for everything and door shelf layouts which work. the freezer door water and ice dispenser is a wonderful feature. quiet and highly recommended.

just awesome. great fridge 2 sets of lighting in the fridge !. option to turn on and off a door alarm . temperature controls on the outside allow you to check/set temperature without opening either side. ice maker / water was a easy one piece connection! only CON is the water doe not come out cold even if you let it sit for days. but i can deal :)

Freezer shelves constantly fall down...not seeing any way to replace them...so frustrating!!

bought this ge side by side refrigerator 4 years ago .it has died. will not make ice, freezer not freezing . warranty was only 1 year

Who the heck designed the freezer? The doggone freezer shelves collapse all the time. I am 46 years old and I have never had this experience before. This is the worst design I have ever seen. This was in the house I purchased. I am going to find a new fridge. I will never use one of your crappy horribly designed products. Do you even have a QA process? How did this crap get to market? Friggin ridiculous!!!!
