OK for the price

It is very nosy. It "thumps" every 1-2 minutes, and growls.
I've never had a side by side and I don't think I would get one again. Wide item won't fit.
The glass shelves are nice.
Freezer rather small.

Energy saving

Purchased this unit to replace an older GE refrigerator because ice maker went on the blink and since it was old, thought new one would be more energy efficient. We like it, except very disappointed in ice maker; drips & doesn't dispense cubs well! Old one was better!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fruit and veggies keep well

I've had the new refrigerator for about 3 months. I'm loving it. What I've been most impressed with is how long veggies and fruit keep compared with my old fridge. I wish there were 2 vegetable bins so I could customize the humidity. The refrigerator is very roomy; same for the freezer. Ice works great -- haven't run out at all, or even come close. My kitchen needed a white refrigerator. They're so hard to find these days, I was afraid I might be settling. But I'm very happy with this purchase.

Our old refrigerator went out and we bought this new one. It took an adjustment to get use to the rearranging food storage but we like it very much
