not as good as it should be for the price

I have 5 major GE products, they are all good except for my refrigerator. I constantly have a problem with the freezer unit. It moans and groans alot, then several times I have had to lift out the ice holder and readjust the claw behind the holder to fit into the hole in the ice tub. When this happens it fails to make ice. I have had this unit slightly over a year, didn't buy extended warranty--should not have too on a good refriderator--not happy at all with this appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm very happy with my new refrigerator. It's very quiet. The only noise hear from it is when the ice maker drops the ice into the ice bin. This refrigerator very roomy. The freezer area is a little small but I knew this before I bought it. I like door alarm an I also like that you can choose between crushed ice or cubed ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator installed easily and has worked great since the first day. We have had it now for about 3 months and are very pleased with it. It is quiet and keeps the temperature very even. The interior is very usable and it has an alarm that tells you if the door has been left open. It is very functional, has good features, very energy efficient and all at a very competitive price. We are very happy with it.......and recommend it.......we would buy it again.

Reliable GE Fridge

The fridge has ample storage space and good lighting as well as an excellent built-in ice maker and water dispenser. Would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a good mid-range GE fridge.

We bought it on the 28th last month, delivered on the 5th of this month so we have it for just 6 days and I have no regrets buying this product . Love everything about this refrigerator.
