Works like a charm

We had a same size GE refrigerator previous to buying this one. It lasted 26 years and probably could've been repaired but we decided to buy a new one. The lighting inside is brighter than the old refrigerator that makes it easy to find things. The ice cubes are smaller but the ice maker has been able to keep up even though we make a pitcher of ice tea that requires a lot of ice every couple of days. We like the temperature gauges and the warning sound if a door is left open. Overall we've been very happy so far. If it lasts like our old GE we will be ecstatic.

Great but flawed

Had it 2 years and had to get rid of due to a tiny refrigerant leak from manufacturer that took 2 years to finally get to the point of not cooling. Not covered by warranty. Repair guy said not worth trying to find it due to cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
