My new refrigerator

I got this refrigerator a while back from my mother and I I love it but icemaker won’t work. I thought it was just waterline on it but now it’s a waterline a connection good so I don’t know what it is but otherwise it’s a good refrigerator one out of 10 I gave it to #7

There may be a few reasons why this issue is occurring. First, piled up ice cubes in the storage bin can cause the icemaker to shut off. We recommend leveling the cubes by hand to resolve this issue. Second, there may be ice cubes stuck in the ice maker; therefore, we recommend turning off the ice maker, removing the cubes, and then turning the unit back on. Old snd still running strong
