This is a great refrigerator. I love how the sensor beeps when the door is a jar for too long.

This appliance replaced a 5 year old previous model that completely stopped working, causing a loss of a lot of food............. On the new one the door handles are coming loose and the motor Is noisier by the day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ice maker is to slow. I got a different GE also this year and it fills the bucket up in 12 hours.

So far I really like it. However, it was slow to make ice and it is slow with the crushed ice. Also, the snack drawer sticks. Compared to the old refrigerator it is wonderful so if you can live with the little stuff it's nice
