I am not very satisfied with the overall cleaning especially on the top rack. Consistently glass wear has caked on food. I have tried different cleaners/detergents to no avail. The unit is extremely quiet which is wonderful.??

We bought it even before it was available in our high volume store. I wanted Whirlpool due to the good service I receive from my other Whirlpool made products. The unit is quiet and cleans my dishes etc beautifully. We had to replace a broken rack clip after almost 3 years but all in all it's very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GOOD BUT NOT GREAT

We upgraded to this dishwasher for our new home in June 2014. It's beautiful and does an excellent job cleaning the majority of our items. However this model doesn't come without some design flaws. We run our dishwasher around 7 PM and let it sit overnight. That should be plenty of time for things in the machine to be dry, especially here in the Phoenix, Arizona area. But unfortunately things are pretty wet when we go to put things away the next day. One of the best parts about this model is it's very quiet. The problem with that is you can't tell when it's on because there isn't a running light or finished light in front of the machine, all the controls are on the top of the door. Controls on top of the door=great; Lights to tell you the machine is running or finished on top of the door=not so great. The racks are kind of cumbersome and funky and the worst part about this machine is the utensil holder. This is REALLY BAD. The utensils go into the small compartments in the basket and the basket slides flat onto the door. If you have anything tall in the center slots you can't pull the handle on the basket. If you put anything tall on the left side of the basket, when you go to pull the basket out the tall items hit the soap dispenser. It's a real nightmare. Whirlpool really needs to address these issues and keep everything else the same.

Quiet very efficient machine

Dishwasher is easy to load but best to have all dishes facing one direction. Fits all glasses on top but tall wine glasses are more difficult. Runs very quiet, stainless steel is very nice.

Had this DW for a year and a half now. We have always bought WP products but seems this DW's upper rack is junk. Within the last couple days the upper rack has BROKE Twice! The dark gray support in which the white rollers rest upon have snapped causing the rack to fall. Not very well designed!!!
