Sooo Quite!!!!

Bought this dishwasher am so glad I did. It is so quite and the dishes come out clean. Would recommend this dishwasher to anyone who needs to buy one. We have kitchen that opens into the den so it needed to be quite so our activities were not over powered by noise.

As a business that uses the dishwasher everyday, it gets the dishes clean! The only downfall is the silverware do not always get clean. The silverware container is hooked on the inside of the door.

A disappointing purchase

After 8 months of light (twice-weekly) use, one of the plastic bumpers that cap the front of the upper rack has fallen off and cannot be re-secured. One of the front lower rack plastic coated vertical support spindles has worn through and rusted. I've coated it with nail polish to prevent further disintegration but consider these issues to be inordinate wear and tear. I would rate wash quality as marginal as it does not remove lipstick from glasses and cups or well rinsed knives used for peanut butter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans amazingly well. Do not like, even a little bit, the placement of cutlery and dinnerware which is in the lid. The bottom rack has no 'stopper' or 'slow down' so when one pulls it out, one must be careful or it will pull too far out and then it is hard to replace/push back in easily..

Not as great as it's made out to be

My glasses were clean and spotless! Food that was stuck on didn't come off. Cutlery doesn't fit through the slots (it would have to be quite small to fit), and cutlery near the soap container had soap on it when it was done. It was advertised as having a top rack only cycle, which it does not have.

Practically noiseless

My kitchen is open to my living and dining rooms and I truly appreciate that my new Whirlpool dishwasher is extremely quiet. I'm also pleased with how well it cleans and how simple it is to operate. Finally, I love the sleek White Ice design. I hope to purchase other kitchen appliances from that line.
