The best dishwasher I have ever owned stainless steel inside! Great look on the outside and dose a phenomenal job cleaning the dishes and glasses.

So Far So Good

Have had this a bit less than a month -- good diswasher. Gets the dishes very clean, and I like that there are a wide range of options -- the one hour cycle for the quick wash, the "regular" sensor cycle (takes about 3-4 hours), and the overnight when there's no rush. The utensil rack on the door is a nice space saver, but sometimes forks and knives get stuck inside. The bar front is also very nice, but could be attached a bit more securely. A bit louder than I expected -- but I realize part of that may have to do with our counters being lower, so we had to remove the 1/4 inch wheels -- that may lead to more vibration which is not Whirlpool's fault. Still pretty quiet though.

Gets dishes very clean

I do not like the design of the utensil basket. Not much actually fits in the holes of the covered part. Do not like the basket on the door but do like it hanging on the outside of the rack.It was hard to figure out how to use the sliding, adjustable tines on the bottom rack. I think the mechanism gets in the way of plates standing up straight.

Not meeting expectation

Comparing this to our other dishwasher, we have to use the "Heavy" cycle all the time to get the silverware clean which takes a lot longer to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is very quiet

I love my diswasher. Dishes and glasses come out very clean and it is very quiet, sometimes I have to make sure I turned it on. I highliy recommend this product.

Silverware basket impossible to use

The silverware basket is built into the door and the soap dispenser sticks out over the top of it. Everything you put into it will make it all but impossible to remove the basket to unload the silverware.

Whirlpool Dishwasher - only one complaint...

I purchased this dishwasher two months ago. I had read a complaint about the silverware basket and chose to ignore it. I shouldn't have. My silverware often is not clean! The basket falls open when on the door so I now have it inside the dishwasher itself. Very disappointed in this feature.Otherwise I like the dishwasher very much. It is quiet - and I appreciate that!
