Excellent quality at an affordable price

It's so quiet! There's barely more than an audible hum which can't be heard just feet from the unit. We love the stainless steel interior as well as the spacious upper rack. I can't believe how much I can fit in that top rack! The unit is made in the US and seems to be of extremely high quality. The controls are easy to understand and are nicely located along the top of the door (the blue lights are great). The cycle takes a while to complete, although this is normal for high efficiency machines, and the dishes come out very clean. I tend to rinse my dishes anyway but you're not supposed to have to do that. It's just habit for me. The only thing I wish was different is the brushed aluminum bar across the front for opening the door. It doesn't match anything else in the kitchen. Would be great to have an option to have that match the color of the door (black in our case). Otherwise, it's perfect!

We bought this Dishwasher in Feb. 2014 because we had already bought a new whirlpool gold electric range and microwave in white ice and we like all of the new appliances.

The silverware rack is hard to load and unload. Not a silverware and knives fit easily into slots. The rack opens if it is not locked into slots properly, then large spoon and items in the center slot prevent it from closing. After much using the rack for awhile it becomes easer. I would change it if I could.

A lot more features than my old appliance. Way more room on both the top and bottom racks. Really the only downfalls are how low the door is when open but that is a product of larger tub not a design issue. And the silverware basket is hard to get the silverware that has a wide handle in the provided slots

Great design and very quiet

This dishwasher has a great design and is very quiet. Well designed. Has trouble cleaning silverware, probably because the silverware container has one side against the door, thus preventing a through cleaning of the silverware contents. As a resolution, one must wipe off silverware prior to putting in washer. For example, the washer will not clean forks or knives that have peanut butter or cheese residue. Other than that, great dishwasher with many options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased this dishwasher in Feb of 2014 and we love it. It is very quiet. With our old dishwasher we would only set it to run only when we were gone or during the night because we didn't like the noise. Now with our new dishwasher we run it whenever it needs to be run and it is so quiet we can't even tell while it is running. Awesome!

After searching and reading reviews on several dishwashers we chose this one for functional reasons but also because I loved the look of the "white ice".
