Best Dishwasher we have ever owned

We have not used all the features BUT everyone we have used has worked exactly as advertised. It is so quite we often forget its even on. The workmanship is excellent and design is flawless. We are extremely happy with the cleanliness of dishes, glasses, silverware and any other tableware we can throw at it. I'm sure it can compete with dishwashers that are double the price.

Cleans well. Power Scour is a great feature that gets off the worst stains and dirt. Overall happy with this purchase.

Because, I had Whirlpool washer/dryer that has lasted 20 years so when picking appliances for kitchen I chose Whirlpool- double oven electric stove, side by side refrig, microwave/hood and dishwasher. Installed in August 2012. Dishwasher runs very quite and easy to load then set controls.

I wish it had a an external light that told me where it was in the wash cycle or at least that is was done, also would like a rinse and hold cycle, and more options for the delay cycle, such as 1hr. or 2 hr. rather than just a 4hr. option.

I have not had this appliance very long, and have not used all of its features, but so far so good. We had an issue once or twice where it did not drain, but is currently working effectively.

Amazingly quiet & does a good job of cleaning

This dishwasher is so quiet I have to get close to it to make sure it is actually running! The design allows for taller objects to fit nicely in the bottom rack & the silverware holder has a choice of where it can be placed . Having a place to prop stemmed glasses without fear of breakage is wonderful, however the slots are too close together to actually allow 4 glasses. Would also prefer the program settings to be on the outside of the door instead of having to open it to reach them, but that is pretty minor. It appears that a Rinse product must be used or the dishes will not dry, but with Rinse there is no spotting. I confess to not having tried the Power-scrub yet, but bottom line, so far I love this dishwasher!

CAUTION! YOU'LL NEED TOWELS

This dishwasher leaks like crazy! I only had it 2 months and it started leaking out right side of door. Had repairman out who couldn't find anything wrong and said it was leaking because I may have opened the door after the cycle started. I had another brand dishwasher which I could open after the cycle with no issues. I have not opened the door since then during the cycle and it still leaks. I mop up water at least twice a week- do about 4 loads a week. I have tried everything from loading light, checking to make sure the sprayer arms aren't obstructed. Everything to avoid leaking. Now I am out of warranty window and stuck with this piece of garbage. DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO MOP UP WATER!
