whisper quiet

We bought the whirlpool as a replacement for our former dishwasher which was 12 years old. The whirlpool is whisper quiet we do not even know when it is running great features with a stainless steel tub and excellent filtration system which prevents food particles from sticking to your clean dishes. we are 100 percent satisfied with this dishwasher. Also is was a breeze to install I chose to do it myself to protect our hardwood floors. I did do research before purchasing and the whirlpool continually ranks in the top 5 of consumer reports and always receives excellent reviews. Oh the best thing is the whirlpool with stainless tub and other premium features is hundreds of dollars cheaper than other brands.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This dishwasher is good

This dishwasher is very quiet when it is on that you don't even know it is running. It has lots of room on the top rack to hold all of your cups and glasses and some small bowls. The bottom rack however is a little limited. Tho it has adjustable tines and brags about being able to adjust the width from left to right to fit different sizes, it inhibits the proper aligning of your dishes. Also, having the utensil basket on the door is a great thing for freeing up more room in the lower rack, but for some reason if you over load the utensil rack in anyway, the silverware doesn't always come clean.

This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. It is quiet, looks great, and most importantly, does a fantastic job of washing dishes!

Works well - very quiet. Only downside is that can't tell how much time left on the cycle. I suppose even if there as an indicator on the controls, still couldn't see it because all the controls are hidden.

We love the quality and cleaning of this dishwasher. Use the energy saving Overnight mode all the time.

Very quiet, powereful dishwasher

This dishwasher has some cool features and is very quiet. I think that the silverware holder on the door is a neat idea (gives you more space for dishes on the bottom rack) but could be designed a little better. Sometimes it is hard to remove because of silverware hitting a bulge in the door. Also some pieces can fall out easily.

Had a Whirlpool Gold several years ago, and took it with me when I moved! But, as we all know they cannot last forever. It gave me a solid 9 years....(tears) Money dictated when it died to go with a cheaper unit. Yeah, well we all know how that went. A highly touted respected brand had it's "brain" freak out twice in 12 months and leave me handwashing until my new Gold made it's way to my house. Will NEVER buy anything but again..and I'll tell you now, the silverware in the door makes it a slam-dunk decision! Love my Whirlpool !!

I've had my washer for a week now and so far so good. The quietness of the cycles is superior....Besides the door being a little tough to open at times, I would definitely give this washer the thumbs up for service.
