Stainless has dimples in it looks poor

The stainless has dimples in it and looks like it is coming off the backing. Very poor workmanship. Looks like it was in a hail storm.

Not working properly

The refrigerator came with the house I bought less than a year ago. The house is a little less than 3 years old and the refrigerator part is registering at 49 degrees. I just had to throw away all my food from the hurricane and not having electric for 5 days and now this. What’s going on????
