Good refrigerator but quickly failed in less than 2 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy with this refrigerator. However it stopped working after less than two months and inside temperature went up to 80 degrees and spoiled all food. I called service and they were helpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got our GE refrigerator yesterday and we are happy by its looks, two tone color-black on the side and stainless in the front; quite and roomy inside. We like all the amenities such as water and ice dispenser, filter light notification, outside temperature control and the big size of the dispenser, a big tall glass could fit in it.
Our 27 years old GE was replaced by this Energy Efficient with lots of amenities another GE refrigerator. We are happy with GE refrigerator so we want to stick with it.

QUIET AS CAN BE, AND THE ICEMAKER ACTUALLY WORKS! We would recommend this one for everyone. We would probably still be in the market for a refrigerator if it weren't for the positive feedback on this unit. Thank you everyone for making this purchase as painless and enjoyable as possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Temperature stabilized within 18 hours after plugging in. Love the door dispenser for water and ice. Meat drawer in refrigerator section with separate temperature controls is a plus. Slide out shelves make access very convenient. Replacement water filters are pricey. Have had the unit only one week but if things continue as they are I'll remain a very happy camper.
