We just purchased this refrigerator this week to replace our old standard one that was 35 yrs. old. We really wanted a French door with pull out freezer, but found none in bisque that would fit our space. So we settled for this side-by-side. Freezer space is very limited compared to old frig and still getting used to the narrow refrigerator part. Hopefully the electric bill will go down.
Purchased because of height the only size that would fit my kitchen with out remodeling the whole place. Wished that all the shelves could be adjusted.
We bought this product due to size limitations. It replaced a similar GE model that lasted 19 years without a service call. We are disappointed with the "new" product. The refrigerator space is much smaller than the previous model, with lights and filters taking up additional space. The ice maker is difficult to use and is not as convenient when you just want to grab a cube from the dispenser. On top of it all, the salesman told us not to expect the newer machines to last more than 10-12 years!
We purchased this refrigerator last week and are very happy. It fit into our older kitchen without requiring changes to cabinets. Very happy with arrangement of space and efficiency.
all product specs on the internet, and the dealer said it was 33 1/2 in wide but when ref. came it was 33 3/4 in wide it barely made it into the spot, there is absolutely no side space. I would not have purchased it had I known it was 33 3/4 in wide
We purchased this model for three reasons: 1. It was the largest cubic foot refrigerator side by side that would fit into our cabinet space. 2. The water filtering system on the door and 3. The color options. It is a great refrigerator. Plenty of room. Love the pull out shelves in refrigerator. And the meat drawer which draws cooler air from the freezer. Only improvement I would like would be to have adjustable shelves in freezer compartment.
