Disappointing battery

I have loved this product for about a year, using it occasionally. Suddenly the battery will not hold a charge. This thing is now useless. I assume I have no recourse but to buy another one?? Not going to happen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Level U works nicely.
But, the the rubber protective ear bud covers tend to slip off often. An annoyance but definitely does not detract from the overall usefulness of this product.

The most uncomfortable headphones I have ever worn, hands down. The "design" of these headphones, or lack thereof makes it so they do not fit in your ears. Because they do not fit in your ear the sound quality is terrible.

horrible ear fit.keeps falling while sitting forget while doing exercises.tried the one with rubber extension grip,but no good either.sound quality is tolerable but when it doesn't fit into the ear,how can one listen to music anyway.needs a a lot better r&d

Amazing sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought because I love the wrap around neck device, other types just fall out. This has amazing sound quality, almost at times like a real concert, back ground noise is minimal, let alone in a machine shop. Would buy another if this ever fails.

My dad got these for himself when I was in ninth grade years ago (I graduated 2020 if that gives you some perspective) he let me start using them after all my headphones broke cause I was a destructive lil 15 year old and I ended up stealing them and they became mine permanently, and these things lasted me FOREVER! They lasted through abuse through my stepping on them they lasted through being on all day long while I was at school. They’re still working but the case is breaking so it’s a lot harder to use them as it’s exposing the electrical stuff. I cannot find better headphones anywhere. R.I.P. my first pair of level u pro headphones 🫡✊😔
