Almost perfect

They work great so far. The only complaint I have is the tips with wings are too big for my ears and hurt. The tips without wings do not stay in for long. The bluetooth connection drops out about 25-30 feet, sometimes less. Other than that, they sound great and connect to my phone easily.
Pros: Inexpensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

After 4 months the right side doesn't have a good quality sound from when I first bot it

I have been using the headphone for about 5 months before both legs eventually all snapped, due to the low quality material and bad design. The inner layer on the legs will fall out, and you can see it was just glued to the main body frame.
The headphone has sync issue with even my Samsung Tab S2 and S7 edge sometimes, and it showed the BT connected, but sound will only come out from the tablet and phone, unless you restart them, and then reconnect to the headphone.
The only good point for this headphone is battery life, which lasts at least 10 hours. Other than that, sound quality is just average, and it will hurt your neck and ear after long wearing due to the bad design.
Pros: Inexpensive, long battery life
Cons: Too big, Did not meet expectations, Not high def, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a like/hate relationship with this product......the earbuds fit better than any other headset I have tried over the last 10 plus years.......the sound quality in those earbuds is very good......but the microphone sucks!!!! It is toooo sensitive to surrounding noises......and the audio goes in and out while talking on it. I guess there is always a chance it is me doing something wrong.....but I doubt that. I have had many times people complain about the audio fading in and out....or something Im doing being sooooo loud its hurting their ears. If anyone has any hints to resolve those issues.........I would be MORE than willing to hear those fixes!!!!!!

These headphones have good sound and are good for music but the headphones don’t control the sound very well and everyone around me can hear what I’m listening to. Annoying to me and annoying to other people

While the device does have good sound and reasonable battery life, there are a lot of shortcomings that I just can't get over.
The buttons to control the volume only control the volume of the headset itself. This Samsung product doesn't even work with my Samsung S8's media sync feature, which is supposed to let me sync the volume of the headset and media volume of the phone.
The hard plastic around-neck piece hangs weird. It doesn't seem to fit comfortably inside or outside of shirt or jacket collars.
Small gripe, but for some reason the design of the ear pieces causes wind noise when walking. You can hear the wind as it passes over the portion that connects the ear piece and the cable.
Putting the device over my neck/head, I feel like I'm about to break the neck piece as it is quite rigid (guess that's a plus and a minus?).
Overall, not impressed. I'll be keeping these as a backup for my other bluetooth earbuds. Sadly, I can't return these as they were a gift and I don't have a receipt.

The build quality is very poor. The band sticks may break even in normal usage.
Regarding Call quality, you would face frequent disconnection and disturbance in call. Not at all recommended for calling purpose.

I had these for almost a year and one day it just disconnected and wouldn't connect. It gets charged but won't be detected by any device.
