Broke within two months

Side piece on product broke. Can't find model in any pull down menu, so I can't register it or request service. Can't find serial number on product so I can't register it. Using reading glasses and magnifying lens! Therefore I can't get service for my product either.
I also can't email customer support or chat since the the product doesn't show up in pull down menu.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Left Speaker lost its volume and is barley audible now. The earphones will randomly crackle and you also can't walk very far from your phone or tablet with these earphones or you will lose the connection. They are basically defective after only having them for 5 months.
Pros: Lightweight, bluetooth, nice battery life
Cons: Poor quality, short life span, short distance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can NOT believe this is so bad

I used this item for a full month and now the signal brakes down way to much and you can't listen to music, a side from that, lets say it was only made to talk as what it is for a bluetooth headphone, but ohhhhh no, people always tell me they can't hear me when I'm using this thing and if that wasn't all I can not seem to have this device steady on my neck all day, it's always falling.
I wish you take this back and let me get something else.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Great budget earphone, headset with great battery life

When you search for a great budget, good quality earphone, that's it. It's not for audiophiles, it's for people, who move and don't like to push the ear-dubs until it's reach your brain.
It's really comfortable for me (like small things in my ear) and lightweight enough in the neck, to forget it easily.

I really happy with the sound quality (bass, and it's even shield minimally outside noises)
You can hide the neck-band in your collared shirt if required.
What I miss, the dedicated next/previous button.
I had Motorola S9 previously. This was a HUGE quality jump! Technology really advance.

i am really disappointed with this product. The only good thing about this product is the battery life which is very incredible. But as for the sound, it really poor comparing to LG Ultra Tone pro.

This product preformed better than my LG Bluetooth headset with ease! I love the simplicity of the three botton controls!
Pros: Realistic color, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
