Good design but low quality

I bought this product last December from Malaysia but it suddenly stopped working! I tried to recharged it show red led light I've keep it until it change to blue,then I tried to use it but its not working I plug it back to charger the in charge again! and it didn't work.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Not high def, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the price of this product it's so worth it. Sounds clear and it's pretty loud, I can be listening to it at full blast and someone speaks to me I won't be able to hear them which is what I like! Can't go wrong with it

Broke in 3 months !!!

Received these wireless headphones and they worked well for 3 months. I've used other wireless and these were easy to pair and had great sound quality when they worked.
After 3 months of light usage, the left "arm" that arounds the neck is beginning to rip off where the plastic and rubber meet. To me, this is a design flaw and not the build quality I've come to expect from my Samsung products.
That being said, they were great when they worked, but at this price point, I can't recommend anyone pick these up only to break a few weeks later.
Pros: Lightweight, nice sound
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

I do not like that it does not read my text messages in lock screen or while I'm on the phone. I think this featured is referred to text speech or hands free text messsage. During conversations the device will automatically hang up my calls. Also the device does not beep or notify me when I'm out of range. I will be returning this device for a refund.

Music patchy when phone is in my pocket

I wish it would play music clearly, but the only way to get it to work is to take my phone out of my pocket and hold it near my head. SO FRUSTRATING Wish I would have listened to the reviews. Have been trying to figure out a way to get it to work for two weeks now, no luck. Going to do more homework before I buy something else.

Great But Needs Work

I've owned this headset for about two months. I love everything about it...when it actually works. I continue to get notifications from the LEVEL app that the headset is disconnected. When I try to reconnect, I get an error message and usually have to turn the Bluetooth on my phone both off and back on as well as turn the headset off and back on. Just very inconvenient. I am 2 feet from my phone when this happens.
