Excellent size choice - both dimensions and capaci

Bought two, placed side-by-side. Will flip hinge on left unit so that it appears to be one large unit. Have not started to load, but I'm impressed with the quiet operation. Had occasion to speak with Dennis in customer service and was very pleased.

Disappointing purchase

This does NOT fit 160 bottles, IF you had a 160 "smaller" .750 bottles of wine, maybe, but NOT 160 of any random sample of bottles. Supposed to be 14 rows of 11 each, plus 6 on the bottom shelf, but at BEST (maybe) 9 on a shelf, plus the 6 on the bottom plus the 6 totals at 132. As said in this Review Title, "Disappointing"

Nice looking and well sized

It is very quite and has a good sizing. The lightning and finish make it feel like a 4K product.

Nice Looking

The New Air dual zone is very nice looking and looks beautiful in my bar, but unfortunately there are a few things that aren’t so great. The shelves are very tight and do not allow for bigger bottles. A normal bottle of Chardonnay will not fit unless shelves are removed which is a complete pain. The light does not turn on with opening and closing of door. You have to turn it on every time you open and turn off manually before closing door. Also, temperature settings do not seem to work properly. I have the white wine section fully chilled, but my wine is hardly chilled upon opening a bottle. The red temperature however works well. It’s overpriced for the features.

I just received my Wine Cooler and was excited to fill it with my collection. I was sad to learn that i cannot put any Pinots or Chardonnay size bottle without removing shelves. I think this product should have been just a few inches taller to allow for more space. I thought about returning it, but will wait and see what happens. I would recommend this cooler for anyone that has only Cab size bottles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So I received my NewAir 27 about 2 weeks ago. Upon arrival the door handle had some visible damage to the end of it. I emailed customer service right away and Christina emailed me back and immediately corrected it by re-ordering another handle with no questions ask other then a picture of the damaged one. EXCELLENT customer service!! As for the cooler love the looks of it and the the interior light looks great when the wines are loaded in. As for loading wines in, like many other wine coolers out there the count is based on normal 750ml cab based bottles. So any Burgundy bottles or chard bottles don't quite fit like I wish they would bringing the count down by quite a bit. But I expected this and overall very happy with the cooler.

Quiet and beautiful

Works as advertised. We build ours in, it’s lovely and super quiet. Those that complain about tight shelves didn’t do their homework. All wine coolers are the same unless you go more custom and $$. Simply remove a couple shelves and stack any bottles you want. Shelves are sturdy and pull out almost all the way for easy selection. I had Edge Star before, it was loud and leaked. Time to go to Napa!
