The PT720 is well-designed to fit the contours of the face and to fit comfortably in the hands.
The battery holds a charge very well and provides power right up to the last.
Unfortunately I wanted a Norelco with a pop=up trimmer (like the reflex-plus) and I assumed that the PT720 came with one.
Other than that I am very pleased with the great cut that the PT720 gives me --- and the freedom of the cordless shaving.

I find my shaver does a better of giving me a close shave on my sensitive skin. I also finish in about half the time it took with my previous shaver, although it was a Phillips as well, just older.
Pros: does a wonderful job of clean up
Cons: i find it as bit awkward to hold while shaving.
