It said I should use sowing machine oil but I don't have any , i can't use a little brush , ever since the head came off one of the brush heads makes it very loud , another thing where is a place I can get new brush heads ?
Pros: great side trimmer ., great cover., very long duration.

I received this product as a gift. Was excited to try it as I was tiring of blades. The first time I used it I was skeptical but decided I was in it for the long haul. Probably going back to blade as I just can't get a clean shave without feeling like I'm burning my face. I'm trying more often as apposed to every other day. Such a hassle to feel smooth!

Its easy to use. I am going to use it more in the shower, but for now,the razor is better in the shower.

I have had this model shaver before but it always had a sideburns trimmer on the back side. This one does NOT. That feature should be returned and no model made without it to prevent confusion.

This shaver is easy to use and provides a great close shave for various areas of my face and neck. My wife who is a health care provider recommended this Phillips shaver from personal experience in use on her clients. She told me that a shaver with rotating heads is more effective than a conventional style electric shaver and she was right.

Not up to what I got from my old NORELCO 7885XL QUADRA

This model takes more time and effort to use. The cutting heads do not to work as well as I am used to with my old unit. If I could get the battery replaced I would do that and keep on using it. Also miss the trimmer head.
Pros: lighter weight
Cons: no trimer head
