I recently broke the bowl to this mixer. I have made many cakes and cookies using this but I have found it practically impossible to find a replacement bowl. How can Kitchenaid make such an amazing product yet not sell the replacement or keep it in stock.

Disappointing product

I have had this mixer 3 years and have struggled with it since the first use. Extremely loud motor, though strong. Does not mix well and always leaves ingredients unmixed in the bottom that has to be hand-stirred in. The rubber seal around the bowl started flaking off the bowl right away and now the bowl has cracked. Disappointing product from a trusted brand.

You must buy completely different blades for glass

Completely frustrated that my new glass bowl requires different blades that are NOT interchangeable with my metal bowls. Looking back, there is a note that it needs F series accessories, but NO WHERE is it clear that my current blades won't work. Highly disappointed.

Poor quality, do not buy

Didn’t even drop it and the glass bowl broke. Hardly got any use out of it and now they charge exorbitant prices for a glass bowl that will not last.

Bowl is terrible

I bought this a few years ago, with minimal use. I pitched the glass bowl because I thought it was so pretty. I went to use it the other day and it has a crack. I have no idea how that happened, so sad and so frustrating. Note I have to purchase a new bowl.

I got this for my my birthday last year. Love this product but was washing it and broke and cannot find replacement very upset as it is very expensive machine!
