Disappointing Mixer and bowl

This bowl and the very expensive mixer I bought that came with it is a huge disappointment. It doesn't mix well and this bowl that is beautiful is worthless. I have a very heavy, very expensive mixer I can't use the very purpose of a mix. To mix things. Just like other reviews most of the dry ingredients sit on the bottom of the bowl, a scraper attachment I bought for the bowl doesn't fit properly or work. I already gave away the kitchenaid mixer I had for 20 years and now regret it. So upsetting...this is absolutely the worst experiences. It has sat on my counters for years now and I have been using a hand mixer so I decided to write another review because I am just so upset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor glass quality

Disappointing !! The beater doesn’t reach the bottom of the bowl to mix the ingredients .
I noticed a small crack on the top of the bowl while washing it and couldn’t find a replacement . This is not a cheap mixer ! I feel like I threw my money in the trash

Broken glass bowl

I have owned this Kitchenaid mixer for a year now. I always hand wash the glass bowl because I don"t want to risk it in the dishwasher. As I was washing this yesterday the spout on the bowl just cracked off and is now unusable. I don't understand how this thick glass can break so easily! Very disappointed. I spent a lot of money on this mixer.

Love my mixer but the glass bowl has LARGE chip

Love the mixer but the glass bowl has LARGE chip and crack and is unuseable. SO disappointed. I have only used the glass bowl 5 or 6 times. I expected a better quality product from kitchenaid.

Don't buy the pro mixer

I love my kitchen aide mixer. I have one that is 33 years old still going strong. I received a
pro mixer for a gift a few years ago. I went out of town this summer and my daughter was washing the glass bowl and it broke. So disappointed! I have been trying to replace the bowl for the last few months, on back order. I should have read the reviews I would have returned the mixer. This is ridiculous! Kitchen aide should have never sold this bowl if they don't have the replacement bowl!!!
Very frustrating!

My 6qt glass bowl broke when I was putting it back on. I can’t find a replacement and you (the manufacturer) is out of stock. Very poor quality!

Disappointed - Bowl Broke

I got to use my new mixer the first time a few months ago. Was so excited but then the glass bowl broke. I started looking for a replacement and was disappointed to learn that I can’t find one. Now I can’t use my mixer. Can’t believe my husband got spent all this money on a mixer that I can no longer use. What happened Kitchen with this model?
