I bought this item and the bowl cracked. Replacement Bowl out of stock . How long will it take to get a replacement. This looks like a common problem with this item.

bowl broke :(

My parents excitedly bought this mixer hoping to make bread with it. They went to wash it and the bowl slipped just barely an inch from the bottom the sink. It sadly broke. We’re really disappointed for it being such an expensive “heavy duty bowl”. It’s tough times because of the pandemic so it’s sad to say that we can’t afford another replacement bowl.

Lovely bowl but breaks easily

Bought this mixer with glass bowls for my daughters. Although being careful one still broke. Will replace with stainless one.

Fragile glass bowl

Bought the 575 model and it came with the glass bowl. For one the spatula doesn’t scrape the bottom of the bowl so I have to use a hand spatula just to scrape the bottom. Upon removing from the box it was very difficult putting the bowl on. So I left it alone. And the first time using the bowl it cracked when I was finally able to get it locked on.. I’ve been trying to find a replacement bulb for almost a year and still have not been able to find one. I’m very disappointed. If you could use a metal bowl for this by all means do so, do not get the glass bowl.

I bought this mixer for my daughter as a household gift. She loves it but the bowl has broken and we cannot find a replacement! Such a disappointment!! Wish I had read all the reviews before I invested in a product that is useless now. Come on kitchenAid you are better than this.
